It is 4th Day of December 2014. Fourth day of Advent. It is a time to personalize what we hear from the Word of God. Listening is one thing and practising what we have listened is another thing. Yet there is a connection between these two. The connection is you and me. It is you and me are the one who make the God’s Word come alive with our lives. It is our personal assimilation and personalization of the Word of God makes our life meaning. Mary became Mother of God just assimilating the Word of God and eventually she make Word to turn into flesh, Jesus. When someone teaches a lesson well, we call the person a good teacher. The same teacher is addressed by the audience as the best teacher when the teacher practises what he/she teaches. I think and believe that Jesus is asking us to be the best not just merely good.
