There is an anonymous quote: “Contentment is not the fulfillment of what you want, it is the realization of how much you already have. ”

Suffering and pain train our minds to face any situation in life.

Faith in Jesus makes us even more to overcome all uncertainty in giving the best of ourselves.

Contentment is the state of being grateful.  It is the feeling of not having any worry about this or that.  Equanimity is born out of freedom to embrace the poverty or riches with the same mindset.  It is the moment of acknowledging God’s presence and providence in our life.  Most of the times we do not realize the worth of having something until we lose it.  When our needs are the least, we treat the wants of the others seriously.

In serving the other person we become contented and happy.  When we find the strings of happiness for the other, we begin treasuring ours.  By giving happiness to the others that is due, we find ours without much effort.  The happiest person is the one not having the best of everything but the power to give the best to everyone.

Mary our beloved Mother rushed to help Elizabeth to cherish her happiness through her humble service for three months.

We can do all things with the One who strengthen us.  (Phil.4:13).

Making friends with the poor and the needy by using the dishonest wealth.  “As often as you did it to the least of these my brothers and sisters, you did it to me” (Matt 25:40).  There is no wrong having a plenty of money.  But being a slave to money never allow us to give totally to God.  It is even more seriously wrong when we do not have many friends of God.  The moment we realize we are the stewards not the owners we are better off in sharing the best with others.   Being faithful in little things, we become the most trusted person with the riches of heaven.  May we become contented by sharing the best with the others.  Have a lovely day.  God bless you.
