Human life becomes meaningful and fruitful when it goes after the single passion of the heart and soul

May the Lord give you grace, peace and health in the Holy Spirit.

It is 05th November 2022.  We reflect on Philippians 4:10-19; and Luke 16:9-15.

Can God trust us with mundane things? Are we trustworthy of God’s gifts?

Gifts of God is not for storing and hoarding but for sharing.  The more we share the gifts, the more we value them.

When we lose the capacity to share with the others, we become greedy for mammon.  The danger of money and wealth is the power to infect the soul, the heart and the mind such a way we either become selfish or sinful over time. Need for money must not lead us greed for it.

“There is nothing I cannot master with the help of the One who gives me strength.” (Phil.4:13).  This my most favourite and the optimistic statement every made in the entire bible.  This is what I have done as my motto of my priesthood.

Any favour whether it is material or kind needs a return-favour.  We all are enjoying the incomparable blessing of God, what can give God in return.  Since we all benefit from the limitless power and grace of God, we must no way limit our generosity to the other even they may not qualify the standards we have set for sharing the gift we have received from God.

We are here around in this world make the other person feel loved, accepted, and forgiven.  This maturity is attaintained when we have dealt with our scrupulosity and

We are living in a world that opts for multi-tasking mentality and multi-choice living.  Human life becomes meaningful and fruitful when it goes after the single passion of the heart and soul.

““You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of others; but God knows your hearts; for what is prized by human beings is an abomination in the sight of God.” (Lk.16:15).  May the Lord grant us the courage to serve God, and use the resource for the welfare of upbuilding of the community.  God bless you.
