May the Lord give you peace, grace, and blessing in the Holy Spirit.
It is 21st March 2022.
We reflect on 2 Kings 5:1-19 and Luke 4:24-30.
God has no choice in loving and healing us. God does not exclude anyone.
We are the only choice for God in healing and curing us. God does not choose a few and leave some when it comes to healing. But God provokes us to act and profess our faith in God. God provoked the chosen people with the healing of Naman
We never find God in desperation or in disease. In everyone’s life, there are moments, we do not know what to do except to surrender ourselves to God. Instead of looking for the rivers of faith, may we rely on the streams and channels of faith we all provided always? Without our humility and simplicity, God cannot do any miracle in our life. Those who are humble always win a special favour from God.
Obedience to God surely offers to heal to Naman. It is not the muddy water or the prophet Elisha.
God wishes to heal all people. What are the acts of provokes us still in our life? The freedom of God rewards all who have faith in God. None of us can force God to do what we want God to do to our life, home and city as people demanded Jesus, “Do here in your hometown the things we heard you did in Capernaum.” May the Lord bless us to continue believing in the Lord and remain blessed.
